Car = 03 BoxS

I can feel a vibration through the steering wheel of my car when travelling at pretty much any speed between 70 - 95mph. It feels exactly like the vibration you get when the weels require balancing. However, Micheldever tyres (my local tyre specialist) have balanced both front & rear wheels twice recently & assure me that they are fine.

Has anyone got any ideas what else may be causing this kind of vibration?

Cheers

Alex

play in wheel bearings, alignment, worn suspension components, wear or play in steering rack or mounts.....unfortunately too many things to consider with internet diagnosis....best to let a specialist get it up on ramps..good luck.

Try cleaning out all the brake dust from the holes in your front discs. I know it sounds stupid but someone recommended I do this to mine when I had the same problem (and nothing else worked) and believe it or not it cured it!

Worth a try.
