Can you help me find a good Salesman?

we need to hire another salesguy to add to the team at Dove House Motor Company. I'd really rather hire on recommendation than just some random stranger...so if you have had positive experiences with guys who appear a commute from us i'd be interested to hear direct. They dont need to be performance car salesgys, just good salespeople who know how to look after a customer and get the deal done to everyones satisfaction. Enthusiasm for performance cars obviously helps a lot though! thanks for your help

your offering my dream job, to sell exotica,
not saying the name of the garage but a certain LOTUS/tvr/noble dealership near myself is usless, i went in when the new exige came out, asked the salesman (think it was the owner), about the car and he said well its all on the windscreen just read it. then proceded to tell me that my own car (lotus esprit) had he wrong seats (which it doesnt at all, there standard) and pointed out a crack on the bumper, err i wasnt even selling it. so i got abused basically and told nothing. i knew more about his whole stock than he did.
