Routes to BBWF

[PR350]

How clear are the routes to Ettington? I'm particularly concerned about the A34 between Newbury (especially under the M4 where it was flooded and closed on Friday) and Oxford - then the A44 to the A3400

I've read that the roads in and around Ettington are clear but what about the routes there from further afield?
