The local Lotus gang had a wonderful day today. Just thought I would share it with the PH Esprit lovers...

I haven't integrated the page with my site yet. Will do it soon if I can be bothered

That looked like fun! I love hooking up with fellow Esprit owners for a drive. We get so absorbed with ourselves

Yes, Dan's car is quite nice. He also has the OZ three piece wheels. Additionally I have given him (well, sold him - but I am going to wait until after the alternator things gets worked out for payment ) all of my interior CF stuff. He will basically have a Sport 350 when done sans wing.

I still have one more of the CF plinths that I will probably put on eBay. I'll let PH posters have first shot at it though...

By the way, I am probably going to go with the tubi exhaust. I found an authorized dealer in Naples, Florida - if they will just return my emails...

Edited To Add: I am really proud of you lot! No phooarrrr, hubba hubba comments about the wife. I guess Esprit owners have more class!

Hey Ernest, Who did you find in Naples FL that sells Tubi? Are you talking about Naples Motorsports? If so, I sent them an email asking about one for my 94 S4 and they said that Tubi didn't make one for that year. Well, I know they do and I am talking to a dealer in the UK that said they can provide me with a set. Only problem is that I will have to purchase it while I am here (in Europe) and take it home myself since the US is out of his area that he can sell in. If you find one in the states, please post. I think there are several others besides myself that want a Tubi.
By the way, exactly what parts of the dash does the CF plinth that you have cover? Any idea of your asking price? What year will it fit?

Thanks

John

John, yep it's naples motorsports and they indeed do NOT list one for the 4 cylinder cars, only the V8's.

The CF plinth will fit all Stevens Esprits. My cost was about $ 250 so that is probably the neighborhood. I want to hold on to it for a while to make sure I don't need it, but as I am updating my interior to the 2000 and later style, I probably won't use it.

Techspy...

According to tubi the part number for the 4 cylinder turbo is 08030011010. Don't know if this helps you or not...
