I'm doing the coast to coast in September, anybody have any experience or advice for this ride.
Haven't been on my bike for a couple of years so its in getting a service now before a bit of training can start.
The plan is to do it over 3 days.

Road or Off-Road route?

If you are doing it off-road in 3 days I would get some serious training in, using the Sustrans route is easier so less fitness required.
