Try Motor and Diesel Engineering around about Bury St Edmunds, If I remember correctly.
A word of caution however, the engine is immensely powerful and tends to eat the Land Rover gearboxes on a regular basis. I even tried an autobox some years ago but the change pattern was wrong for the engines characteristics, so would drive strangely until the torque convertor locked up.
I do not think Samurai are about anymore as I have not heard of them for ages.
I do remember that there were some reliability issues with the used engines we used to see over here, better to import one yourself to ensure you dont get a bad one.
