Has anyone had a similar problem and knows how to fix it ... The Professional Radio unit with TMC has stopped working in my X5. So the complete radio, sat nav sound, tv sound and bluetooth connectivity have all stopped working all at the same time. I have checked the fuse (or what I think to be the right fuse) & still nothing. Any ideas please???

Sounds like the radio module has gone, it's either BM24 (round pin) or a BM54 (flat pin), you may be able to get it repaired, but don't hold your breath.

Look on ebay, or $tealer, expect to pay £300 on eBay, more from the $tealer.

Thanks - will try to find someone that may be able to fix it first then.

It is a common fault with the radio unit failing try disconnecting the battery for a minute or two, that can sometimes breathe a bit of life back into it as it re-boots when the battery is re-connected.
