T350C passed German TÜV
Discussion
Hello all,
I've just been to the TÜV (for the second time) and my T350C passed without any faults found. Now I have all the papers necessary to get a German registration certificate
.
Thanks to all of you who have helped me with my various (mostly very technical) questions
.
Cheers
Konrad

Hi Nick,
I bought her at the end of April. I had to sort out a few things gone bad during the trip to Germany: dead passenger door controls (added new earthing) and dark POD LCD (fitted new display). I also had to modify the head lights to point to the right instead of the left, exchange the reversing with the fog light and add a German VIN (vehicle identification number) plate under the hood. Finding all the necessary papers also took a while.
So: First appointment with the TÜV: Juli 11th - the breaks disks need to be replaced and also failed the emissions test. Ordered the disks and had them fitted - the garage also managed to pass the emissions test.
In total that's about three months - but it's absolutely worth the wait
.
... time to celebrate
