Hey peeps, I've been searching for a first car for myself for a few weeks (20 years old, no NCB, 2 years experience with the full license etc.) and I came across a '95 Civic 1.6 ESi 3 door. 104k on the clock, FSH. Took it for a drive, seemed like it was all good. Only fault I could find was the driver's electric window was loud to operate, and the clutch didn't hit the bite unless I only put the pedal down a little (which might just be me not used to the different car and clutch).

At £1495 and £963 for the insurance, what do you Honda peeps think? Good car, or move on and look for the other usual first cars?

Might want to ask some previous Civic owners on the likes of civinfo.com and hondarevolutions.com to see what they think and can share what niggles to be aware of, etc.
