Im sorry if this is in the wrong section, my ex is thinking of starting to buy property to let(god knows how,she can only just afford to rent her own property!!)
she has decided to get a "gifted deposit" mortgage from 123investmentfinance.co.uk, apart from the difficulties with going in to do this with a friend, what do you think of this way of doing things? i know absolutley nothing about this sort of thing but something seems fishy to me!
