The Leven roof cover is great for a TVR that has to stay outdoors some of the time.

It's quick to fit and covers all the seams and joins where water would get in. It also aids security as it stops tea leaves seeing inside, etc.

It's also easy to store in the boot as it doesn't take up much space and comes with its own storage bag.

Great product.

Ok thanks guys, yes my main concern was the water getting in.

My Chimaera lived outside for 3 1/2 years, and my Cerbera for 6 1/2 years, I have had no problems with them being outside, it's just having to wash them more that's a pain.

The cheapest insurers insist upon garaged overnight and others may load the premium if it isn't.
I suggest that you check out the difference it makes to you.
Then consider if it makes sense to try and rent a garage.

Yeh i know it would be beneficial for insurance purposes but ive never had a problem with insuring group 20 cars ungaraged, its more to with the weathering of the car i was worried about. Thanks for the input tho.

Ditto, and it also keeps the 'dust' off.

My Chimaera lived outside for 18 months or so. A decent cover is a must... quite funny as it "crunches" when you take off in the middle of winter. They need a bit more TLC if they live outdoors (IMO) but other than that they're fine. Ooh, handy hint - leave silica gel bags in the car as it helps demisting. smile

I would say yes it helps, mine used to be outside and every time it rained I got a swimming pool. And I had about 50 tubes of sealent everywhere possible. I just accept in a TVR it will leak, get a good cover also stops prying eyes.

Don't buy a cheap cover if you do decide to get one, as it will scratch the paint to hell.
