Classifieds - Dealer or Rich Bloke ?

Noticed two new classifieds today, Porsche 911 GT3 and Ferrari 355 GTS from the same bloke, either he's very rich and wants to trade both for a S series or he's a trader. Should trade adverts be marked as such ?

Am I too suspicious ? Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me.

I've corresponded with him and he assures me he's a private seller with his name on the V5 of both cars. If anyone finds out to the contrary just let me know.
