Alexandre Premat (Audi) was leading on the last lap and braked just before the finish line to let Martin Tomczyk win.

Martin Tomczyk (winner, Audi Sport Team Abt Sportsline): “A great car, a great strategy and good teamwork, that was the key to success today. Great thanks to Alexandre Prémat who let me pass at the end, allowing me to score important points in the battle for the title.”

Alexandre Prémat (2nd place, Audi Sport Team Phoenix): “Today, it was a very hard race. The strategy was the decisive factor. The decision to let Martin win was made all my myself as he is needing the points more than I and I don’t have any chance of winning the title. That was classic team work.”

And the commentary team of Carlton Kirby and Mark Cole surpassed themselves during the race with the greatest number of simple mistakes over the make of car people were driving (there's only 2 and they got Premat wrong) suggesting DiResta was about to be lapped by Tomczyk when they were battling for 8th place and many, many more I forget them all.

Halarious and cringeworthy at the same time.

Somewhat frustrating that the action they see is 5 seconds behind what we view so we already know the situation before they get it (wrong).

Norby wasn't very happy at the end, his Merc simply barged out of 3rd, then 4th - more akin to BTCC than DTM, been like that for a while though.

Is Kristensen overdriving at the moment? he seems to be involved in quite a few incidents lately - a la Resta being pushed around (poor old boy, love to see him on top step in 2005 car smile)
