Rolex Yachtmaster (Ladies)

I have a Rolex Yachtmaster and recently purchased a Cartier Roadster for my wife. And have since wish I have got her the Ladies size Yachtmaster.
What I would like to know is what is the going rate of discount to be had off a UK supplied watch from Goldsmiths or the like.
I know what I saved off mine, but would like some info before stepping in to the shop.
