Tickets from unmarked plod ??

A bit of advice required, a friend of mine was out for a blast on his R6 this weekend in a group of approx 20 bikes, the group sorted itself out into three groups of riders of varying abilities.

One rider was pulled for doing 110 by an unmarked car, he was the last rider in the middle group. The car had been parked watching the first group go by and decided to go in for the kill on the second group.

Question. What are the chances of the first group of riders getting a ticket through the post even though they didn’t get pulled ?? do unmarked plod with video, send out tickets ??

Any advice would be good, he doesn’t fancy 14 sleepless nights !!

Yes, they do.
You could expect a NIP, rather than a fixed penalty speeding ticket.

Best bet is to watch your speed until the 14 days is up. If you don't hear anything then it's a big relief.
