Road Angel Navigator 6000 software issues

Bought one of these today, primarily for the camera detection which seems to work okay. However, the piece of crap just will not sync with a PC whatsoever.

My main PC runs Vista (which isn't compatible yet, or ever maybe) and my Laptop runs XP SP2. Installed all the Activsync and RA Navigator software bollox but even though the stupid thing says connected, even though it pops up on the Road Angel that it's connected, no matter how many times I press 'Synchronise" on the PC software it just says "Road Angel Device could not be started. Please check your settings" which is pretty damned amusing considering the settings consist of... well... nothing. There are none!

Anyone know of a solution? Failing that, am I within my rights to return it for a full refund due to it not doing the task it's supposed to?

Hmm, never mind, I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it and now it's working.

Still tempted to return it though, It's currently lying stationary on my desk yet says I'm doing 20mph!

To be fair, it seems pretty good as a speed camera detector. Not bothere with it's Sat Nav functtionality as I have a Pioneer unit in my car.
