Hi to all!! Bought my first TVR on Saturday and I'm still smiling, what a car!!
Coming out of a re-mapped 225 TT which was pretty rapid anyway, the Chimaera has blown me away, the torque is just incredible, she just pulls and pulls!! And that noise!!

She's a 98 Cherry Red 400, replaced the dash with the Leven one yesterday. Leven are local to me as well which is gonna be great for advice, servicing and shiny bits!!

Only problem have is the speedo sticks till I hit 20mph but is reading correct after that and when slowing down does read correct below 20mph, just gets stuck at 0mph.
If I flick the speedo, it does sometimes kick into action (takes me back to my first ever car!). Anyone have any ideas on a possible remedy for this?
It's not a major problem to me as long as it doesn't get worse!! But want to sort it out.

biggrin

Congratulations and enjoy.

Mine does this as well. Tend not to try and drive below 20mph and the police don't seem to be to bothered when I'm driving at that speed anyway. smile

It's available from Leven Technology, they're based in Basildon Essex.

It's £150, give them a call, they are super friendly, they do lots of other nice stuff too.

Took me all day to fit (9am to 5.30). Although that did include fitting the indicator / wiper stalks, steering wheel bolts etc. Well worth the effort, looks great.
