I suspect it will be absolutely fantastic at that price!! The Dutch love their Alfas too so it may well have been cared for properly.
Montreals don't hold their value that well unfortunately. Here's a UK priced one: http://www.velocesport.com/mainsales.htm

The good bits are they look and sound absolutely stunning. The less good bits are that they are essentially a 105 coupe underneath with a huge body on the top, so they are not as good a drive as the coupe and for that kind of money you could have a serious GTA replica - see http://www.alfaholics.com/our_cars/ for ideas!

If you fancy one, go and have a good look at it and a proper drive in it. People that have them love them, but they are a true grand tourer rather than a hooning about machine. But what a way to tour about!!

You will need some big sunglasses, an 8-track and a decent specialist nearby.
biggrin

Go to www.alfamontreal.info everything you could posibly need to know is on the site. The car as pointed out is mainly a GT car but if you're prepared to hang on to the end some good hooning can be had. Just done 800 miles in mine and hasn't missed a beat. Check water pump seal for leakage and oil does not smell of petrol.
