Morning all!

For everyone who's booked and has tickets for the Helmingham Hall Festival of Classics this Sunday, 5th August, we'll be assembling at The White Hart in Otley:

And here's a little map: www.thewhitehartotley.co.uk/contactus.html

Because the Hall deals with entries directly I don't actually know how many PH cars are booked, so I'll just say 'Be there and ready to set off for the Hall at 9.15am please'. Vehicle-wise, please note that this is a Roadshow event.

The landlady, Lynda, is quite a petrolhead too and has kindly offered to set up a tea and bacon butty stall, so if you fancy breakfast before we leave, you can turn up earlier, say 8.45am and tuck in smile

So... White Hart, Otley, convoy leaving at 9.15am smile

Good enthusiasm Mike! However it doesn't really matter - unless everybody who's going reads this post and responds, which from my experience is very unlikely, any list will be incomplete. Hence 'be ready to go by 9.15' saves a great deal of needless and possibly incorrect detail, and also needless waiting on the day which just makes everybody late smile

According to the entry form you can pay on the day (£7) after 10am. If I were you, have the cash ready, apologise profusely and if they try to send you in a different direction from the rest of us or turn you away, smile politely and follow the PHer in front!

Yes please - we'll put it up if there's room, and if we can do it without causing a punch-up with the marshals (but we'll probably outnumber them 5:1!) hehe

If somebody really objects I'll have the low banner with me as back-up.

If anyone wants to meet up along the way we are heading there from Mildenhall... Will be heading along the A14 then A140 etc.. Contact me if so....

Still got to find my tickets, thats the problem with them being organised this year, I've forgotten where I put them!

For those planning to blag their way in with cash - it might help if you offer them a tenner and say the rest can go to their chosen charity, the East Anglian Children's Hospice...
