Cabin pressure problems
Discussion
Still trying to sort this one out. Up to 70mph there is little wind noise. Above 70mph the high pressure air in the cabin and low pressure air passing the car causes my door windows to pop out of their seals even though they are a tight fit. The only way to get them back in is to slow down, open and reclose them. It's a pain.
I've noticed that if I lower one of the windows just 1/4in the other window stays in its seal. Likewise, with one window slightly open I get mush better flow through the heater and air con.
The vents under the rear window are clear.
I either need to restrict the air entering the cabin or let it out faster.
a) Where does the air enter the heater and cooling boxes? Are there pipes I could restrict with foam?
b) Is there a method for adding vents to help the air escape. I read somewhere that this had been done and called the garage but they could not remember the procedure.

The air enters via the holes below your indicators lenses, then travels through the wings and into the cabin. The faster you go the more air and therefore pressure there is.
Inside the wings there should be a foam of some sort to, presumably, dampen the effect of too much air flow. ( I'm guessing that's the reason for it!!)
