Then unfortunately somebody needs to get heavy handed i've noticed a drop in "standards" in the last few weeks and days and it's spreading

I know I'm guilty of "getting involved" on here, but that's only been down to a couple of people coming on and hijacking threads with know-it-all posts and recently Mr Jigs with his "my Griff is better than the Tamora" comments.
We should be able to have fun debates and swop opinions without being arseholes, but recently is hasn't been possible. Lets hope it changes....

Well it was a nice evening so it was wrong not to go for a little blast in the Tuscan

Agreed, its not just related to the T350 forum its creeping into the Tuscan forum also and getting a little too personnel. I've been quite reserved (unlike me) when seen some of my Mid-Essex colleagues taking abuse from certain people.
Its clearly time they stop this nonsense and if they can't be stopped...let the moderators do it for them.
Its not promoting PH in a good way and more importantly creating unnecessary bad press about TVR due to mis-information IMHO.

Christof, having just read the mdrc thread I was horrified that it had devloped into such an outrageous slanging match. It has become pervasive in far too many of the forums, trading insults is not what this site is about. The offenders should all take a step back and realise how childishly they have been behaving. If you see the wind-up starting just ignore the perpetrator and get back to the point of the thread. IMVHO
Christof, it would be a shame for this site to lose the input of someone who loves the marque as much as you do and someone who is mad enough to think that a RR Cerbera 4.5 wasn’t quick enough and that 360BHP isn’t nearly enough in a T350C !! This is not said as an insult, in fact the reverse is true. Keep posting esp. about the exploits of your T350C once you pick it up, oh and may be one or two hundred pics

I used to very much enjoy reading his posts, but it seems to me that he's on a very short fuze these days. It takes two to tango, and if you look back at the threads which have degenerated into a slanging match, he seems to be a common factor.

Too late and sorry but I do take offence at that. I apologise if I have been rude, but I'm not apologising for getting hacked off with people telling me their Griff/Chim/whatever is better than a Tamora/T350C when they have only been on a short test drive in one that hasn't even been run in yet. Like I said earlier there is a massive difference between adding an opinion to a thread and just being deliberatley contraversial and inflammatory. *999* started a lot of the bad feeling off by coming on the T350C thread and telling everyone he knew more than everyone else in the most condescending manner I have ever seen on this entire gassing station. He also shouted off his mouth that he was taking delivery of his car in May...Ok, so I bit the bait and retaliated, I'm not perfect and neither are you MEMSDESIGN.
We have since had every single thread on here hi-jacked by Jigs with deliberatley inflammatory remarks, then he's proceeded to go all over the other forums doing the same thing, I'm not alone in reacting.
I think I have added loads of things to this site over the years, not just my experience but also a bit of debate and humour. However, If I'm not wanted anymore and I'm getting the blame for all this then I'll sod off.

Flash mate i for one am not blaming you,i think everybody knows who the problem person is.Nobody wants you to leave especially the newbies to this forum as you have more knowledge than most on things TVR.
I think newbies (myself included) need to be watched more,this i appreciate is difficult as PH has grown enormously even in the short period of time i've been here.
