Glyn spent more time than I can believe on Monday detailing and paint correcting my Guards Red 64RS... What a difference!

After measuring the depth of the paint he set to work with the power tools and the result is a 15 year old car with a new showroom shine. Problem is now it looks too good to use.

Swissvax Divine gives such a deep, rich finish...

I'll post some pics when I get 5 minutes.

Nice wheels (shame they're not the original mag ones though). Very shiny.

Total cost was in the region of 300 of the finest pound coins available, but to be honest I think it was money well spent as the paint was in pretty poor condition prior to Glyn detailing it as it is 15 years old.

I don't think it will need doing now for a good few years so as part of the maintenance schedule it is justified. Damn site cheaper than a respray!

He gets my vote thumbs up big time.

Original mags are safely tucked up in the garage...

Too valuable to use daily now.

They are a 1 piece replica of the speedline split rims. Got them from Design 911 and had some Toyo R888's fitted. Suit the car perfectly, soooo much grip at Spa it was a joy.

I just wanted a set of rims to replace the mags.

Saw your RS at Chris's on Thursday, dropped two orange scripts off with him. Looking good, lots of new bits on there.

I'm off on hols for a couple of weeks but back on the 19th, catch up then and go out for an RS blast.
