Hello guys.

Ive been trying to put this out of my mind but just cant. Got a new Coupe a couple of months ago, absolutely loving it - but Im paranoid. Now can I tell for sure that Ive got the Carver stereo that cost a small fortune?

I know your supposed to have 10 speakers and an amp somewhere. I have what looks like 6 at the front (2xwindows,2xdoors,2xfoot well) and 4 at the back (2xcircular, 2xsquare). Do only the carver systems have this setup?

Also, does any one else who has the carver find the bass to be, how can i put it, slow?

Sorry for all the questions, your my only hope.

Cheers,
Andrew.

Hi Andrew - I've not heard it called 'Carver' before. My Z4M Coupe was just supplied with Pro DSP Hi Fi. Sounds similar to the setup you're describing, and yes, I do find that the bass with certain songs is either too 'edgy' or distorted. Not what I expected.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry I think I have the same as you. Basically the top end of the 3 options? I refered to it as Carver because those are the type of speakers I think.

It sounds ok to me, alot better on some music than others. Is there a seperate amp on yours that your aware of? I just want to make sure I got the system, as there are no visual signs Im aware of.

Cheers.
