SNCF run a motorail service to southern France that I want to use later in the year. They List the Griffith as a car that meets their criteria for the Motorail but they have put a minimum ground clearance stipulation on my Marcos (which they have never heard of) of 10cm. Can someone please let me know what your normal ground clearance on a Griffith is?

Many thanks

Can't imagine there is such a thing as a standard ride height per se. Won't it depend on the shock/spring setup, the fuel in the car, the weight of the driver, the wheel/tyre combo etc etc.

As he said, there is not really a standard as is probably the case with Marcos “no two are the same” particularly as a lot of Griffs now have adjustable ride height and non standard wheels / tyre profiles fitted. About 13 or 14 cm ish at the front to the chassis rails sounds in the right area but the exhaust hangs lower than that.
