I'm trying to stop the pressure building in the cab at speed. I noticed a TVR official upgrade where a foam plate is added inside the wing, I assume to reduce the pressure. Does anyone have these I could buy or borrow to produce a pattern?

If I was to make my own does anyone know how thick they are an what density foam is used?

I put foam in one of my wings to stop passengers moaning about cold air on their feet, what i did was to put a plastic bag in the wing and spray some expanding foam in it, job done, and you can then remove it at a latter date if you want because it is in the bag it will not bond to the wing.

No it's a bit dark in there, all i did was take of the access pannel which is used to get to the back of the lights, push a plastic bag into the wing where it starts to narrow off, then spray the expanding foam in the bag.
It is very easy, cheap and effective, it has been there for around 6yrs now with no troubles, oh and the car lives outside too, so no problems there.

did you go backwards from the access panel so the bag is above the wheel arch. also did you use a non-biodegradable bag so it doesnt rot.

If you're going to use expanding foam, wear gloves.

I once got it all over my hands and spent about two hours in a hot bath with a knife to get it off again!
