Not trying to put words in peoples mouths but I'd reckon for those that have done the swap back to Holden/HSV is more a case of restoring the original branding rather than "hiding" a Vauxhall badge - end of the day a potential buyer ain't gonna say "Geez mate - I'd buy that off you if it didnt have Vauxhall badges"

Ironic thing is that in Oz you see a lot of Holden owners swapping Holden badges for Chev ones!

I don't get the badge thing either. I quite enjoy keeping up/beating AMV8s, RS4s, F360s etc... with a Griffin on the front. I am especially smug when the car cost over half what theirs did (and then some).
