Hi, can anybody help? my pride and joy is a green chim, however i am a little confused as the differance between Cooper Green and Starmist green.
Some people say mine is Starmist Green, some say Cooper Green, Can i identify the colour from the chassis / vin Number? Also are there "touch up" pencils / paints available?

Thanks in advance

I think the colour code is on the plate on the drivers side engine bay above the brake fluid reservoir. For touch up sticks/ pots, I got mine from tvrbodyshop.co.uk, Webbs autos : 01275 858461 it cost £12.95 back in 2004.
Hope this helps, Mike.biggrin

Mine's Starmist Green and it's brighter and somewhat more metallic than Cooper Green. That's more subduded - a bit less sparkle! smile Not sure it'll be a lot of help but if you go to my profile and then my car, that's the better of the two pics for showing the colour. Nick.
P.S. Just looked at your profile and I'd say that's definitely Starmist and not Cooper Green. Nick

Fat Boy Chim, mine is Starmist green, see profile.

I can second Webbs in Bristol. Ordered a small touch up pot from them, and it is an exact match. Just tell them TVR Starmist green, and idle away endless hours of touching up the stone chips!!

Or find the number in your handbook (if you have it).
