Well done to you for going to the effort in posting this.
I hope you find the guy who helped you and your son out and shake his or her hand.
It just shows that in this fast paced world that we live in and the competitiveness that surrounds us all, that we all should look out for each other, wether we know eachother or not. One big globel family.
