Depends how they do it. if they just drain the oil tank then they would be correct .. if i recall the complete system is something like 12/13 litres but th oil tank only holds about 7 litres

Oil change is an oil change, it's not correct to leave 6000 mile old oil in the engine and claim it's had an oil change and I'm sure thats not what you would do as part of a S6 service.
