FYI, there is a new rolling road just opened in Neston (Wirral).
Was up there this morning with my mates TVR Tuscan S, there doing special deals at the moment as they have only been open a month. They have a 4WD Dyno Dynamics rolling road, along with specialist ECU mapping equipment.
Company is called Dyno Demon (0151 336 5888).. I'll try and post some pics later.

Anybody know whether Speed6 engined cars can have the ECU easily re-mapped on a Rolling Road? I heard it was all encrypted by TVR and even Dealers didn't have details......

And if so, has anybody got any good success stories to tell ???

theres only 3 of us so far that i know of who can do this so far .. me, austec and tvr power. but as its a DD rolling road at least you know the hp figures will be comparable to the other DD rolling roads used by tvr owners, the most used being surrey rolling road who've had hundreds of tvrs on smile

Apparently the Dyno Dynamics rolling road is suppose to be one of the best and there are only a small handful of companies in the UK that have one?

Trackcar,
Thanks for that. Can you comment on general benefits of a Rolling Road session with re-map for a SP6 engined car? And some idea, from experience, of gains. My T350 is totally standard at mo, nicely run-in now (20k), but have contacted NTEL about his home-made de-cat pipes, and was thinking of Carbon airbox (purely for looks and noise), and Sports exhaust. Thought RR session with re-map might be quite beneficial after that work.

What do you think? And how much (typically/on average) is a RR session with re-map to optimise performance/drivability

Thanks in advance
Spike

Have a look on the SP6 forum under Austec re-mapping results as I posted the results of my re-map session at Austec showing before re-map, after re-map and then de-cat.
