Extra red wire to door loom?

On both doors there is a extra red wire to the loom with a round fitting and black plastic cover,it appears to look factory incorporated,however there's no fitting for it on the body side.
Anyone know what its for?

I got an extra set of wires two. I reckon they were for door lights.

have you got a hole right through the inner and door card panels under the door reflector or is it surface mounted??
