Does anyone know and good chartered surveyors that deal with boundary disputes and clarification?

After last night i am going to pay to get my boundary lines to my property defined. All i want is to confirm that my boundary is where it says it is the region specified on the deeds!

any contacts in the industry would be helpful

I have already searched RICS but the local surveyors are not taking on any more work at the moment.

Many Thanks

steve

I am based near guildford..

I had a argument about my (Says so i my deeds) driveway....... Not with my neighbour but the next one down (number 3).. They are stating that a 2.5m strip of land belongs to them and that we only have right of access. I know it is a shared drive but not with them but with number 2...
We are house number 1.

It all steamed from when my mate came round gving me a quote to paint the exterior of my house he was here for no more than 10 minutes and did not cause any trouble. but for me and my wife to be confronted with this is not your land it is ours (Number 3).

I have got plans and photos of the site so can email them i just need a professioanl opinion of the approximate region where the boundary lies.. Nothing that will go to court but just a independent viewpoint. if i provide details of my deeds site photos etc. to gain a view of what a possbile outcome could be if it did eventually go to court?

Thanks

Have you paid the £3 or so to search the Land Registry? We used it to sort a dispute, although i'm not a boundary surveyor, only a QS.
