Just when i thought....

I was getting better at this biking lark, took the Honda out today, stalled it at some lights, there was some disgraceful lane discipline, and to top it all was riding too fast and could not stop for a red light, luckily there was no one coming, unluckily there was a camera at the junction, didn't see a flash, are these cameras normally on?, what points for running a red?

Will do better tomorrow.
