I've enjoyed a few trackdays with my JCW Cooper S - with some stickier tyres it's a genuinely quick car.

I need some new pads, and I'd like to upgrade the brakes. I'm getting another track car in 6 months so don't want to spend too much - probably just some discs/pads.

Tarox and EBC do a range of upgraded discs/pads: http://www.med-engineering.co.uk/category_results....

Can anyone advise on tried and tested options - would some braided hoses be worth it too? Car must be useable on the road too - as my wife uses it for commuting!

Thanks

Standard discs, mintex 1144 pads, 5.1 fluid an braided hoses works pretty well

Why not go for the Works package, that seems a good healthy option and simple enough smile
