Will a serp 500 exhaust system bolt up to a preserp 500 car, ie preserp manifolds but serp exhaust, cheers, John.

You need the Y-Piece & manifolds to match each other, most pre-serps have a bolted flange and the later cars a ring clamp. The manifold/y-piece are interchangeable across engines and exhaust pipes. I wasn't clear what you were asking?

3 distinct flanges from TVR & AFIK only one of those is the smaller pre-cat? I wonder what the other 2 bolted flange varieties were used on then?
