Hi All. just got back oop north.
Just like to say as usual the camarardery, and "crack" was as good as always. Cheers to all the usual suspects. I had a great weekend even if most of it was up to my neck in valvoline 20/50
My car build starts in earnest next week for next season. hope to see you all at the next one.
Neil.

Thanks Neil,
I just want to add of what a privilege it was to be allowed to drive Number 2.
It was an honour to be entrusted with this priceless machine
and a big thank you to Richard Wright - top man.
It is an absolutely fantastic little machine to drive, and Saturday was the first time under its own power for over 4 years. Going around the track with Sharon on the Sunday was great, 50 mph has never felt quite so quick, you get transfixed watching the front suspension working.
I hope I am lucky enough to spend some more time working on this wonderful car.
She's a proper TVR, I've got cuts, burns and bruises all over the place to prove it.

Well done to everyone involved over the weekend. I know a lot of you (and us!) had a done a load of work to get out there - great to see such a big grid. Also good that with so many cars of widly varying pace no-one sustained any accident damage.
I thought Dean Cook's performance was particularly impressive.
I must also thank Charlie and APM Andy for changing my gearbox in the half hour between qualifying and race 2 (and Darren for lending a hand). To get it changed in that time when it was still v v v hot was a huge achievement. Charlie ended up wearing a pint of boiling hot gearbox oil - painful! Thanks also to everyone who obligingly dawdled out to give us a bit more time - and indeed to Howard and John for prompting the red flags to get us on the grid on the restart!
Cheers guys
Andy

I forgot to mention I've been in touch with MST for a full pdf booklet of times for the day. It will take them a couple of days as they haven't collected the computers from Rockingham yet. If they e mail to me rather than put them on the website I will forward them to everyone on John Read's list
