Seat belt help!

Car in bodyshop (996 C4S 2002) for minor paintwork but need to release front seatbelt top mount.
Have removed the plastic cover with no problem but left with a cage and adjustment mech covering the retaining bolt. Please advise how this comes off.
We need to remove the window trim.and side window.
Any help please
