That is a shame Jace.

I thought you would be keeping that beauty for a lot longer.

yeah, well wish someone would have said, don't get married..
This can go two ways.... Either for a deposit for a house OR if I cry enough, a new VXR8... The last has been said that we can get, cause we are trying to start a family, and the back of the monaro just don't cut it, need more room!!

Definitely going to be sad to sell her that is for sure. Love that car... but don't think the Mrs is too happy about having 5 cars in the family. Might try and put it to her, that the kids are gonna want to drive something when they come along.

Sniffle sniffle..

Here is another option worth considering.

It should be easy to convince the Mrs that you could live in the boot of the VXR8. It is enormous!

More than enough room for a small family.

I will let you break the news to her..

Yeah, have said, we should go and live in a caravan. She doesn't like that idea either. Oh well, will wait and see..

What fitted from new, or its had a full Calaway engine replacement, or its had some cams and heads? Please expand....

Looks like a nice car by the way, how much do you hope to get for it?

It's basically the same engine as the GTS-R saloon isn't it?

Does it have the old style interior?

Hey Raggyman, you've got a slight typo on the page..

"It is turely an amazing car, and definitely something I will be sad to see go. "

Good luck with the sale

ps, I learnt in school that making babies can happen in the bedroom and not just the back of a small car like the 'Ro

Yeah, it was part of a limited edition only 300 .

Here is the info on it..

The GTS 300, named so because its engine's output was 300 kW (402 bhp) was available in both Coupe and Commodore (sedan) bases. It is powered by a 5.7-litre Callaway-tuned C4B engine, based on the Chevrolet LS1 V8. Until recently it was the most powerful Australian made production car and a true collectors item. The GTS came with a Tremec T-56 six speed manual transmission only when it was released in 1999 and became one of the fastest sedans in the world (if not the fastest). It was outdone in 2002 with the release of supercharged V8 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG.
