Hey all

I just entered TVR ownership with a wonderful 2002 Tamora. it is absolutly fantastic, (at the moment) dispite some probs with the horn and door buttons!

However, as im sure you guys know the trim on the early ones is perhaps not quite what it could be.

Im thinking of getting the seats, handbrake gaiter etc re-done, and would like some recomendations for good places to go in the Berkshire, Oxfordshire, London area.

Also girlfriend is already complaining that her legs get too hot, would heat wrapping the manifold help or should she just grow up and deal with it?wink

Thanks!

Same problem with me Alex. Be keen on seeing people's recommendations as my Tam gets boiling hot. Have been ignoring it but am getting quite warm now. Someone mentioned that there is something that can be done to make it not so hot. Anyone have any ideas? (Replies of: "Take the roof off" won't help!) wink

I had mr gator (ebay guy) sort my gear leaver and handbreak gators out, well happy with the result, much better than the original which had cracked in a few places thumbup

Heat wrapping the exhaust would help...if you can get to it! It usually makes it pop and bang a bit more too due to the extra heat held in the system!biggrin

If your ever in the Oxfordshire region do you fancy taking me for a spin? wink
Im looking at getting a new tiv within the next few months, and a tamora is one on my list!

If you hang fire for a while, I am sure Flagpole would be delighted to wizz up the M40 and deafen you with his JP exhausts!.

Might be a couple of weeks as he is in hospital having his cartlidge removed...poor old lad is getting too old for rugbygetmecoat.
