St John Horsfall Race Meeting

June 28th - Silverstone. Anybody on here going? I'm thinking of making a weekend of it and then going on to Pistonfest.

I'm coming up from kent, then going onto Pistonfest in the evening.

I was at Donington on Thursday and they had the AM DB1R that won the 1959 Le Mans race there, not a replica but the real car! As driven by Roy Salvadori and Carrol Shelby, a truely gorgeous car. I think it might be racing in the historic race at Le Man next week. I was even lucky enough to have a few laps in it as I knew the test driver and the experience rates as one of the most exciting moments of my life! I'm still buzzing now!
