Had a great time at the Rock two days of TVR, took the kids and the support vehicle.

Returned home on Sunday night quite knackered and parked the Tuscan on the drive with handbreak and in gear (there is a slight slope into the garage). Got into the house and about twenty minutes later the car, of its own volition, rolled down into the garage door, ouch.......

What a bang , fortunatly the double garage door was a ployarb/fibreglass thing and jumped off the hinges badly buckled as for the Tuscan, well I wa s going to get a front end repspray in the winter is the positive spin I can put on it.

Feel awful but should have it back and sorted for the BNG as no real damage to the bodywork just badly scraped will be the best part of £1500 to sort out...

Still Im an optimist and it will be evn more beutiful when it returns....

Sorry to hear that mate, I always worry that my car might do that as the handbrake on the Cerb is pretty useless and I always thought putting it in gear was a guarantee that it wouldn't moveyikes I'm now worried that it will do the same as yours, I guess I'll have to keep a couple of chocks in the bootfrown The only bright side to your predicament is; lucky you weren't parked behind/in front of another persons P+J and it happened after the weekend and not before. Hope you get it all sorted soon.

Good advice and yes no other people or cars involved and thankfully protected the no claims so shouldn'tn hit the pocket too hard.

I'll put some bricks in the boot, should also help with the traction....

So sorry to hear this Paul! frown Hope it's all fixed quickly! It was lovely to see you all, although once again, not much chatting time! rolleyes

I trust you will keep me posted about any Cerberas you get particularly close to over the coming days, won't you? And whilst I think of it - Jan needs a PH name - pretty quickly by all accounts! winkclap
