Investment opportunity for potential Investors

Hi I have a new and exciting internet business Idea that is currently not been done by any of the major players who do "similar" business.

I have just about finished a business plan and have been speaking to my web develop who is also very interested in becoming a share holder for his cost and future cost...(show's I think it has potential)

I also have NDA (non disclosure) form and am willing to show my business plan and idea to potential "genuine" investors who sign and email/fax back the form to me.
