He can't access any of the PH Network and when entering the i.p. address or any of the web addresses he gets a 404 error, i can't be sure though as the new version of IE isn't explicit. He's using openDNS through BT Business currently, using either openDNS or Bt Business DNS servers he cannot access the website. Pings get through though.
