Well only two and a half weeks to this show now, so time to get a list together.

It was the first year in attendance for the PHEA roadshow last year with 5 cars in total. The setting is lovely, right in the middle of Stamford and the weather was excellent.

The show is organised by the Stamford and District Round Table, there is a website here.

So who would like a space on the PHEA stand this year then ? Any questions ask away.

I have added a list below with those on that I know are coming, so please copy this list and add yourself to it if you wish to join us.

Thanks.

Ian V--------------------Corvette C4
Phil (Griffaphenia)--------Griff 400
Darren (iluvmercs)--------Merc E320 Coupe'
Nigel & Sue (S6 ROR)-----Tuscan 2 or Griff 500
Martin Keene-------------Red aeroscreened Westfield
Simon--------------------Ultima Can-am
Dawn--------------------BMW Z3M Roadster
Rob Smith----------------Corvette C3

That's because there must be a typo somewhere on the website! It is a real problem keeping up with everything at this stage as I am getting multiple requests a day along the lines of 'is it too late??'.

No need to book (but thanks to those of you who have) and we have over 200 cars booked in to the programme already - details are on the website (see top of this thread).

I have earmarked a spot for pistonheads on the top field (nearest the road bridge) which should keep you away from the polishers with 'proper' classic cars and allow you to get your banners up.

Just let one of the marshalls know that you are with the Pistonheads club and they will direct you to the right slot.

... and if any of you want to volunteer to help with the marshaling once you are set up (especially between 10 and 11) then I won't say no.

Just ask for Steve.

Thanks Steve,

We will hopefully be arriving as a group together. This should help the marshalls out a little.

I would expect us to have around 5-10 cars on the day. Anyone not on my list who would like to come along, please drop me an email via my profile. Failing that, if you decide to come on the day head for the Pistonheads banner and come and join us.

Thanks again for all the orgaising Steve.

No sorry Tom I don't remember seeing it. I,ll add you to the list. No problems with leaving early, its a very laid back show compared with some of the others.

I will be sending out an email with 'RV times and places' around mid week.

Morning all,

Well here we go, RV details for Sunday. I think that the best plan of action is as last year, therefore :

RV Point.

The car park of the pub next to the railway crossing at Tallington on the A16 Market Deeping to Stamford road, map here : http://www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=509500&amp...

RV Time.

I would suggest meeting at 9.15am to leave at 9.30am. Its not far then into Stamford and we should beat a lot of the hold-ups getting onto the show site.

If anyone is not going to be able to make the RV or is going straight to the show, can you please let me know.

See you all Sunday.

Ian

No worries Martin, thanks for letting me know. Looks like we are in the top area of the meadows near the main road bridge. Just ask for marshalls for the Pistonheads stand and they will send you in the correct direction. I,ll save two spaces for you.
