I've been commuting on the bike a fair bit more lately. It means an extra 20-30 mins in bed.

Now I know you always get the occasional gimp try to slow your passage through the traffic. It doesn't normally bother me as I tend to ride for myself and make my own decisions. At worse, these people are a mild hindrance. But today I've encountered three who have actively try to block me; two Peugeot 406s and one Jap 4WD. Is it full moon or something?

Nah, they just resent anyone making more progress than them....funnily enough "white van men" tend to let me through, whereas "school run mums" try to block me.....

Hold in horn while behind them. They move smile

Also, if you get to go past them and the traffic is stationary, stop near the window and make our you're a fireman trying to get to the station for a call out smile

Indeed. Anybody who spends a lot of time on the roads on business doesn't have time for this sort of crap. Maybe why lorry and van drivers get a bad press for being less tolerant of the numpties who complain about them (on PH, often).
