lambo WIJ 933 update - sorry for delay!

Hi pistonheads
Just to update you all as requested on my Lambo Murci ( WIJ933)that was run over by a pisshead coming out of the pub and video phoned it ( posted towards end of July)
It went to court a week or so ago ( sorry for delay - computer dropped dead and having to use someone elses at mo!!) and the scrote pleaded guilty - judge has sent it to The Crown Court for sentencing. This means the Crown Court judge can take into account my Victim Statement,and inflict what ever sentence he feels befits the crime committed - could go down for time with a little luck - but forced dry bumming by burly Hells Angel fits better!
Arrogant sh@t had absolutely no remorse in court - on a good note, Lambo in @ Lambo Birmingham getting pampered - having idle set up,roof sorted, new rear lights, and hopefully hercules wheels. On holiday at mo but cannot wait to get back and give her a blast!

Then, as an occasional thing, we could all make sure he's always remembered and always linked to his act of mindless stupidity... no matter the outcome of the High Court hearing!

Find YOUR local chapter! They will probably do some 'commission' work for a laugh plus, I think they'd enjoy taking part in a joint venture cruise somewhere with a bunch of Lambos - if the HAMC London and Essex bro's who used to display at the in-town shows in Bracknell a few years ago or at the Southend airshow in 2000 and 2001 are anything to go by!

It made me feel sick/angry when i first viewed it,the problem is - i doubt he will do any time for this, more than likely some community service and a fine that he will claim he cant pay anyway.
One of my problems with this incident is how the media/press may cover the sentencing as there maybe some copy-cat incidents.

Hope he gets sent down for a stretch - it would be good to send a message. However, unless he has previous it will be quite rare to see this.

Just to add insult to injury - may be worth seeing if the little peasant has a job or any kind of assets. You could claim up to £5000 through the small claims in the county court for any damage done to the vehicle. Once you have the judgement you can then get the boys out to repossess anything he's got of value - like his playstation etc if he doesn`t pay. You may have legal expense cover on your insurance who may do all this for free for you.
Had a friend who had a similar experience - and the scrote ended up having to go bankrupt. It put the stoppers on him getting a mortgage or any kind of credit for several years - which wasn`t good when he was engaged and looking to buy a house at the time .. they split up soon after and he also lost his job.
Some might call that justice...
