If you need any paperwork be it Timetables, Entry Lists, Regulations or any other information regarding the 24 Hour please contact Claire in the office at claire.williams@eerc.co.uk or call the office on 01252 834377.
Something around the 40 celcius mark is perfect although for the girl`s photo-shoot we may lower the temperature quite a bit.
Definitely a white, something light and crisp like a Pinot Grigio, or possibly even something a little more floral like a Torres Esmeralda. For the dryer pallet a decent Sancerre usually does the job nicely chilled.
This year seems to be the year of the great cider revival, possibly one of the growers might like to come on board. A lovely glass of cider over ice would definitely hit the spot after a couple of hours in the hot seat.
My only worry about letting you Marcos / TVR boys near the thing is that you see all that plastic as spare panels for the car !
