Guys, does anyone who is coming from the City have a spare seat? A good friend of mine (Army Pilot) is having a night out in the City and thinks he's going to struggle to make it back on time - I'm sure he'd be over the moon to get a ride with one of you. He's a cool guy - not sure if you remember, but the pilot that got busted for delivering a Domino's pizza to his girlfriend using an Army chopper!!

I now have a free seat in the C6

If no one in London I only live a fairly short way out. If he can jump on a Thameslink train to St Albans or Harpenden (From Kings X only 20 odd mins north of London) I am happy to ferry him back to base.

I'll give him a call and see if can make it. Thanks in advance. He has a thing for US cars - infact everything US. He has a GMC Typhoon that we're looking at rebuilding. So I'm sure he'll be in awe with the Vette.

OK

Also check where he is in London. At that time of day I don't mind driving into town a bit if it is quicker / easier but don't really fancy driving into and across town because of all the lights and junctions. Likewise if there is a tubeline to somewhere that is easy for him.

I can also go to Luton so if there is a quick train at that time to there it might work.

Longbow.

Sorry a car mad friend of my brother's has just bagged my passenger seat. I rang your colleague first thing and left a message but haven't heard back yet. Perhaps he may be on duty. Looking at train times it would have been a very early start for him getting to me and a risk logistics might not have worked so I caved in and said yes to the friend.

SEAT STILL REQUIRED FROM LONDON. CAN ANYONE ELSE HELP?

PS I have just updated my passenger profile - hope not too late.

David

I will have a seat as my passenger is actually driving herself there if that makes any kind of sense (wobble) - but bit like David am not really coming into London. Doing the Clacketts meet for 6ish and could then do the Dartford Hilton about 630 (and from there onto the Little Chef on the A12) - actually M3John coming out of Docklands I think to then passenger with Grahamn so wonder if we can work this between us all - not sure where they are hooking up but think John was planning on Clackets.. Will make some calls.

Yeah makes sense to me and you beat me anyway as still not yet picked up the phone to you, basically you could give him a lift to Del's place but after that he would be a bit snookered squeezing into the Griff with the 2 of you hehe

Well I have a seat all the way if he can get to any of my RV's as diverting into London a bit of non starter routewise.

John, any chance you can pick him up from London and drop him to me near Lakeside (Thurrock Services maybe)? I can then take him over to the Dartford meeting point where I'm jumping in with Fubar who will be in convoy with TC.

Let me know.

Dogsey.

Guys, my passenger has had to drop out due to work commitments, so I'm now flying solo in the Cerb.

Does anyone know where this guy is going to be ? I don't especially want to drive into Central London & then back out to Dartford for 6am, but if he can get to Greenwich/Blackheath/Lewisham for 05:30-5:45, I don't mind collecting him ?

Email me through my profile - I'm at work today, so will have email open until 8pm ! type
