Hi guys,

I know i don't have a TVR (at the moment at least) but my beast has the same engine as some.
I have a GEMS Ecu inside.
I'd like to correct the lean fueling issue and to save my 2nd engine on this rangie.
I've readen lot of things about MA chips, and i'm discovering adapative chips like EMERALD, VEMS...
May you tell me if those are compatible with my truck :

Range Rover P38A 4.6HSE, LPG, Magnecor, KN, NGK Iridium plugs, Gen3 airsprings, Bilstein
I'd like to go this way because i'll change cams and trumpets in the future and some other work in order to obtain a 300 BHP.

Cheers

There's also Megasquirt, a cheaper DIY product. I'm sure there will be basemaps available for the Range Rover 4.6.

Mark Adams does chips for the GEMS system that I'm sure will be better than the originals, if his reputation is anything to go by. He's a PH member, you could contact him via his profile on here.

GEMS is one of the most capable engine management systems ever developed, almost anything else you replace it with will be a downgrade. It's self-mapping so should get the fuelling right if it's working correctly.

I agree with Peter on this...keep the GEMS and just make sure that everything is working correctly with it. 300 Bhp should be do-able quite easily, I did a P38 last year with heads and cam etc and hit around the 280 Bhp mark without too much fuss.
