As said, but with an area for NOBLE OWNERS ONLY!

A facility to help us all protect ourselves from being ripped off.

Dear Martin,
I don't wish to be a killjoy but "Oh god not another forum to monitor!". Its hard enough keeping track of whats happening on PH and NobleUSA so as much as I admire the intent I think this may be marginal. Remember Jools and the owners forum? Where is that now. Even Justins Noble TV? I'd have thought the wiki here would be the ideal vehicle for what you want to achieve?

As to your fears about defamation there is no defamation in stating a personaly held opinion. If I buy a set of brake pads from dealer A and subsequently find I could have bought them from Halfords there is no problem with reporting those facts to the PH wiki.

Paul C

Paul, it's a bit more than parts, more of a place to discuss things between owners. It's not suppose to replace PH (what could?). Just a place to hide away really.

It may go dead like many before it, and perhaps it only fulfills a short term need.
We'll see.

Phil, how do you plan to exclude the dealers (if you do)?

I'm trying to check each person as they sign up. If I can't verify who they are and if they have a Noble, it's no entry. I may allow them in to certain area's in the future but never to the owners only bits.

Just a quick note to people. If I can't match up the name you try to register with against a PH username that has posts about you and your Noble, it's difficult for me you verify you are an owner.

I've had a few people now that reg and also put zero details in their profile (as well as having no PH history).

I haven't got time (i.e. I can't be arsed) to email people through their given email address and play detective, so if you really want in, you'll have to PM me with a plausible story and some car details. Sorry if it sounds harsh but it has to be that way.
